Hey everyone,

me and my wife decided to follow our dream and create a hostel (our favorite is Nicaragua but we are open for discussion) so we are keen to have a talk.

We are looking for co-investors and people who are keen to be part of our (their?) dream.

I'm a graduate (MSc Business & Economics) and have worked as an analyst until I decided to quit march 2018 and take the leap of faith.

We will be moving from Switzerland (where we live now) to Central America (Nicaragua?) September this year to start looking for a suitable object.

Our imagination is to create a place where people connect, collaborate, and share their advanture with fellow humans :)

We don't have many criterias regarding the whereabouts and are open for inputs. However, we want to create the space at the coast where there are some surfable waves (I'm a passionate surfer myself)

PS: I'm fascinated by Digital Nomads (Considering myself a parttime Digital Nomad and have the impression that a hostel in the sense of coliving / coworking would be a great opportunity)

Im also discussing residentaldevelopment n NICA for Digital Nomads

huge market underserved, thinking of digital nomad villages all over with communal working spaces but in great locations not cities, low cost development ... etc

Im also beuilding up a few serious people with serious money ..not sure how it will alls shake out but several of us having a conversation at present.
