I recently sold the building that housed our hostel business in St. Augustine, FL.

I would like to sell the business since we have all the booking engines set up, a web site on pg 1 of the search engines, the brand "Casa Yallaha Hostel" known world wide, good reviews on Airbnb, Tripadvisor etc.
Just need a new home for it.

So the question is Can you sell a Hostel without the building??

I guess it could be but it would have to be in the same area.

I really doubt if the name and setup is worth much to someone outside of your area in Florida as it would not mean much.

A different building and location would also affect your Airbnb and tripadvisor. Not sure their policy on change of location.

It would definitely affect the google ranking unless the hostel stayed in the same area.
