Researching my onward travels from the "Unconference". I have a friend in Belgrade who I plan to hook up with. Just downloaded Lonely Planet for Serbia and under Accommodation they state:- "Where a room is 'non-smoking', this does not mean that the room has not been smoked in, only that you are free not to smoke in it."
