- Somebody who also has some capital to add to the business
- If possible somebody with experience in Hostel/Hotel-Management or Tourism
Colombia, Santa Marta / Tayrona -> looking for business partners to open a Hostel
Start a Hostel
My wife (Colombian, Teacher) and me (Swiss, Marketing) are traveling the greater Santa Marta / Tayrona Park area in march 2018 to scout for places to open a Hostel.
We have:
- Knowledge in Business & Marketing
- Language knowledge: Spanish, German, French, English & Polish
- Savings to invest from our jobs in Switzerland
- Business Plan being developed
- Knowledge of the area as my wife is originally from Baranquilla and has family in Santa Marta and knows the region well
Hostel we want to open:
- Close to the beach
- Region between Santa Marta - Palomino
- Mixed rooms (dorms & privates), Bar for parties, small restaurant
- Focusing on sustainable tourism, offering high quality service for tourists/backpackers
Our plan is to find a place for either lease or buy and getting started asap.
