CoTweet is an interesting-looking tool for managing company Twitter accounts from one place. Here are a list of CoTweet features:

At the moment CoTweet is free.

Another upcoming Twitter tool is Seesmic Desktop. It lets you manage Twitter accounts and Facebook at the same time. At the moment I'm using TweetDeck but Seesmic Desktop looks promising.
