dreams of starting a hostel in thailand. How to and laws in doing so.

Hi everyone, 

Since i am new here, i want to introduce myself. I am Wichard Overduin and i am 24 years old. I lived in the Netherlands for whole my life. I had my struggles here in Holland. So i needed a break and took a flight to thailand. Eversince i visited hostels and found out i liked the way how hostel owners ar living. And had really good conversations with them. So i went on researching how  it works in thailand with laws and if it is possible for me to open a hostel in thailand. 

What i already know is

- that i need 2.000.000 Baht in my bank account or from investors. 

- I can only own 49% of the of the hostel.

- and i need to have 4 thai employees working full of partime.

 This is what i found and i hope that can have some clearence about this. And maybe some things i don't know yet?
