Eco friendly community based minimalistic capsule hostel, thoughts on architect plans?

We have an 830m2 plot of land in Rosarito Mexico near San Diego where we are building a non profit hostel that will be eco friendly, all the profits will support an animal shelter on the other side of the lot, our goal is to bring awareness to the huge stray problem in Mexico, we will have a garden where we will offer gardening and plant based cooking classes to both guests and the community

We will be using capsule style bunk beds with each having storage, shelf, led, socket and curtain/ door, the rooms will be very basic just windows, ceiling fan, AC and beds, we will have a full kitchen, guests can grab fresh produce from the garden to make their own meals

The common area will have a conversation pit, library, board games etc; and from that area people can look directly across at the animals on the other side, which will mostly be dogs, we plan to have cats stay in the hostel common area, we estimate 15 dogs and 15 cats total, we will do our best to reduce noise, but guests will be made aware that its not going to be a luxurious quite place, Mexico is pretty noisy in general, the animals will be separated from the humans through a chain link fence, and guests can go to that side and play with them and even adopt if they make a connection

Eventually, we want to have solar panels and recycle water, do compost and all that other eco stuff

With the current design i want to reduce the bedroom free space in half so it, i dont feel that much space is needed based on me looking at other capsule hostels, the garage will be for the car of the supervisor, in this case, me, and it will have room for water filtration tanks and other things, the current size of the hostel is 265m2 and with the garage its 319m2, i will have roughly a 50m2 space on the 2nd level with the rest being a roof patio for the guests and for when we have non profit events, we have 2 restrooms with 2 of each sink, toilet and shower, i am thinking of swapping the toilet with the shower so the toilet noise will be away from the people at the sinks

Thoughts on the design, any suggestions?
