Florian's Backpackers. Requires manager and/or business partner

My name is Florian and I am looking for someone to either manage a back-packers hostel for me or preferably act as a business partner.
Ideally I’m looking for someone who is able to use the low season as an opportunity to develop an on-line presence by setting up a webpage which could be used for direct bookings and to further improve our microsites on various booking sites.
The hostel was set up this summer and is working well. As we are entering the low season there will be time to plan longer term, for example tour options.
I have a number of ideas myself but would welcome the input of another person who has extensive travel experience or has had experience working with backpackers.
My preference is someone prepared to cover half the running costs as well as managing the business in exchange for half the revenue. I would consider a management only position in exchange for a smaller percentage of revenue. If you are happy to commit long term I will help to arrange residency for you.
