hey guys I'm hoping to rent a place and start a hostel in portugal this year in central lagos.
i was hoping someone could tell me a little bit of information on what licenses i would need and how much they are ??
any help will be truly appreciated

Have you contacted the Portugese Tourist Board.
Most country tourist boards if the have specific regulations for hostels would have documents on line.

You might contact the Camara Municipal de Lagos. They should be able to point you in the right direction.
