I need a partner for a hostel for sale in Antigua, Guatemala. They are ready to do a deal. The asking price is $50,000. In order to do this deal, you will need at least $28,000 for 50% ownership as there is a deposit on the underlying lease, requirement to have some funds on deposit at a local bank, and there will be some funds needed to cover some nominal legal expenses.
If you ever wanted to own a hostel, this is going to be a fairly inexpensive way to do. I would buy it own my own, but would prefer to have a *responsible* partner.
Decided to purchase business in Bogota.
