Have a blast running a Hostel in the Midwest!!

I'm in the process of opening a small, possibly not for profit hostel from scratch in the Midwestern U.S.A.

I come from a business background and I've traveled and worked in a number of hostels around the world.

I think an ideal business partner would be willing to invest a similar amount of time and money into this project without money being a the primary motivation. A friendly, open-minded, and customer service oriented partern who enjoys interacting with guests and the overall hostel experience would be perfect!
