I'm putting together several estimates for hostel expenses/profits for a business plan and eventual loan. Our target locations thus far are based on potential opportunities in Playa del Carmen, Puerto Escondido, and Taganga, respectively. What are the basic monthly or hourly costs for cleaning person in PC/PE/T?
Basic wholesale costs for a typical liter of quality liquor, and a case of local beer?
Basic wholesale food costs? Eggs, beef, chicken, etc.?
Security guard wages per month or hour?
Reception/bartender/kitchen wages per month or hour?
Typical high/mid/low season months?
Any additional insights you might have in mind....
