Well, I have many years experience fighting mold that tends to build up in bathrooms. The main problem is lack of ventilation. The first step to avoiding mold build up is to assess your ventilation needs and install at least 50cfm fans. Although this can be a costly venture, especially if you have 30+ bathrooms, the long term returns will be well worth it. You may also try repainting the bathrooms with mildicide paint, which is a great preventative measure.
For quick fix, try using a bleach based solution. Spray heavily and vacate/let it work its magic.
