How many cooking burners needed for 100 guest?

I am going to start a Hostel and it will have a guest Kitchen. I know this answer would change from continent to continent.

If there are 100 people living in Hostel, how many cooking burners (single burners) are needed to have enough where there is never a queue.

I used the number 100, that way it would also be the percentage.

If am thinking of buying the two burner side by side propane types where they sit on the counter. This would make is so nobody would ever need to reach around or over another persons burner being used.

I would truly appreciate it if you would say which country you are from so I can guage the cultural changes and cost of living changes.
