I believe the human aspect is crucial for a good hostel, especially if you want to keep it good for a long period of time.
We invest a lot in staff training: about one month per new worker in the reception, staff meeting every 3 weeks, updated documents with instructions and more.
Also we filter the people who work here and demand all of them to be travelers and have traveling experience in hostels, as well as high level of English.
