ideas on a possible hostel location in colorado?

Any thoughts on where a good location would be to open a new hostel in colorado would be? There isn't a lot and my gut feeling is that there are locations where another hostel could be placed with enough travelers to keep it occupied if I do it right. I don't know if I should be listing the places I am thinking of but I would appreciate any feedback.

Some possible locations I'm thinking of (in no particular order)
-Denver
-Boulder
-Breckenridge
-Ouray
-Grand Junction/Fruita
