I have also found out a great feature with 4IPNET router. You can limit the amount of data your customers can upload and download. This is great for places where you have high bandwidth use, but high bandwidth cost. Where I used to work in Sydney, they would run out of their monthly allotment within 2 weeks, and would have to purchase more capacity from the ISP, and then another 2 weeks later they would usually purchase more capacity, otherwise the Internet would go slow for all guests until the end of month, when the capacity was reset.
A good way of using download limits is when you want people to have free Internet, but you don't want them downloading everything. If you set 100MB of download capacity, that is going to last them a while if they are not going to be on YouTube or iPlayer.
