Investor looking for interesting proposal

I've owned hostels and hotels for 30 years, last year I sold my London hotel and retired, but now I'm bored ! :)

I would like to invest in a new hostel with someone creative and energetic ( I've already done enough hard work ! )

Somewhere with low taxes would be preferred so that would rule out the UK and the Eurozone. Would also need a year-round destination not just busy for 2 months in the summer.

I would be looking to purchase a property and convert it properly, a fully detached property with garden area would be ideal. Not interested in renting someone else's property (too insecure and too many possible problems ).

I look forward to hearing any proposals :)

If you are serious, send me a private message. I am opening a hostel in South America and I'm open to outside investment and partnership under the right circumstances. A little teaser: The business plan is complete and concrete. The location has been identified and we are currently in the process of purchasing. Several alternatives have been identified (within the same town) if cost exceeds actual value. Market conditions are prime and we are fully capitalized at the moment. But again, we're certainly open to partnership and additional capitalization.

Hi, we are starting a hostel chain in Singapore, South East Asia, will you be interested? PM if you like more details. Though our hostel is not concrete, cos we are still sorting of capital to confirm the place; we already have tentative advance booking for the year of 2013. It's a year round destination. Buying over the property is possible.

I have a business plan and location in mind - but it is currently a rental - could easily refocus to property for purchase.
