Investor partner needed for B&B cum healing center in Cusco or Sacred Valley

I have just joined this community and this is my first post in a forum here.
Hello. My name is Anahata and I am a shamanic healer from India. I have a media background as an author, a writer/filmmaker and have also led journeys and spiritual tours in India and Peru as co-founder of The Anahata Foundation. Lately, I strongly feel the need to move to South America and fulfil a dream.
I wish to create a B&B cum healing center in or around Cusco which will also offer unique events and tours around spirituality, gastronomy, Art etc. as well as healing and learning experiences to the traveler. I know local shamans, healers and tour operators in Cusco and all over Peru, so will find it easier to set up the work here as against Quito or Chile but I am open to other places in South America. I also wish to deepen my understanding of the local culture and learn Spanish, and give back to the the locals in the form of employment and opportunities. Cusco is a great tourist destination with big traffic most seasons so it seems like a suitable place for the business.
