Investors wanted for new eco-resort in Indonesia!
Brand new eco-resort with dozens of green initiatives opening in 4-5 months here in beautiful Lombok, Indonesia. While we're not a traditional hostel per say, we do plan on being a "splurge" option for backpackers, as we aim to be the funkiest eco-resort in all of Indonesia!
Lombok has been hailed as the next Bali for a few years now, and investors and business owners have been flocking to it. With the opening of the new international airport and Bali's mass tourism seeming less appealing than before, we think now is the perfect time to open our eco-resort, named the Volcanic Rock Resort.
We're a committed team of expats and locals from a wide range of expertise (solar panel specialists, renewable energy experts, hospitality management gurus and construction wizards) with a business plan, more than enough land (and a hold of adjoining lands for expansion and blocking competitors) and we're starting construction in less than a month. We have dozens of green initiatives and aim to serve Lombok's finest dishes in our funky fine-dining restaurant.
Why post this on hostel management? Well, for one, Indonesia doesn't really do "hostels" per say. But our client base is similar to hostels around the world, if not a bit more expensive. We intend on setting up surfing trips, having a social atmosphere and live music every night. We've also set up a charity to protect the local community and their culture, which is a value we believe many backpackers...back!
We are currently looking for investors to cap off the necessary funding for our first phase of development, which will include a compost farm, veggie and herb garden, a natural pool (no chlorine, no draining!) among other eco-initiatives. We're convinced if you listen to what we have to say, the potential of this business, this island and the local Sasak people will be clear.
Thanks for your time, and look forward to hearing from you all! Investment package available upon request (PM please)
Cheers
