Price that we should pay to rent the premises: 30 000 euro. The place is just one huge room. This room should be separated by new walls. Also showers and toilets must be installed as the place has only 2 toilets right now. For more information please send me a pm.

Hey!
I am moving to Berlin in a few weeks to study law at Freie. Im very interested in starting a hostel, and are looking for potential co-founders. Lets meet for a coffee or a beer in a few weeks.
Best regards, Viktor

Hello everybody,
Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately this building is already taken. Please check my newest offer in the forum for a hostel in Frankfurt am Main.
Best wishes,
Martin
