We are setting up the first system of international Co-living. "Sign one lease with us, and live in any of our beautiful homes all over the world." We are looking for properties to bring into the system. We need properties that are 20-70 units all en-suite, with a communal kitchen, interesting character, and a liveable location. Our members want a local experience not a tourist experience. They are all location independent successful entrepreneurs, investors, artists, writers, etc who are looking for a new interesting life adventure. They want to give up their overpriced apartments in NYC, San Fran, or London and instead make their "home" a subscription to the world. We will use the space to connect our members (who will be living in each location for at least one month each) with the local community i.e. investors to entrepreneurs, writers to local stories, and artists to young proteges.

Business side: We would rent all the rooms year round, on a master lease, and pay all the operating expense (taking all of the risk away from you). Thus you would receive a set check each month. It would then be your choice to either stick around and operate the most interesting property to ever come and connect with your community, use the income to start a new project, or sit on a beach and relax all day.

We are looking at Medellin, Panama City, Mexico City, or really anywhere else in the Americas with great weather year round, a budding technology/start-up scene, and easy access to rest of the world.
