Looking for Company to Set-up and Lease a New Hostel in the Heart of Hollywood

My wife and I bought this 23 unit apartment building over 20 years  ago. It had existed as an apartment building for many years before our purchase. Later we found out that when it was built in 1949 that it was a small hotel. Now the city of Los Angeles wants us to convert it back again. We were contacted by a company that leases buildings and converts them to Hostels. They told us because of the location of our building it would be ideal for a hostel and they would pay us a certain amount per month that would cover our loan payments plus other owners costs plus some profit and they would run the Hostel business making additional profit. We need to find this company or one like it.
