Hello we are a couple, Profesional surfer from Portugal and Yoga teacher from the states. We have traveled the world for several years together. We have a dream to open our own surf lodge together but dont have the proper finances to get it started on our own. We have been making a business plan and looking at potential locations and have two places in mind.  ( Portugal/Nicaragua) We are looking for someone who believes in us and willing to partner up or help invest in our project or who owns buildings / property and would be willing to lease to us.. We will take care of everything and be our own managers, just need a " Silent investor.
