Looking for motivated partner for building and opening new Eco-Resort in the Philippines

Hello everybody,
I am currently evaluating the possibility to buy 1 hectare of beachfront land to build an eco resort in a very touristic island destination in the Philippines.
The land is directly on one of the few beaches of the island, the island has its own airport and is served daily with flights to/from manila.
I already have an idea of development, and few innovative solutions I have to put in place in the place to make it eco-friendly but still comfortable for users.
The total of the operation will be approximately 600k€, including the land purchase and construction of buildings.
The final plan is to buid 6 cottages each with two rooms, pool, restaurant and bar, dive shop, staff house and residence for the owners families, the land itself will be enough to build another 6 cottages for future development.
At the moment I am looking more for partners that are willing to invest but also to participate in the construction and management of the resort.
This involves to be available to live on site for at least 6 months a year.
