Looking to open a wellness hostel/B&B in Europe

Hi there!
I am looking for a business partner/investor who is absolutely serious about opening a hospoitality business in Europe. I have locations in mind but am open to discussion. The accomodation will have a focus on wellness (yoga, pilates, fitness, healthy food etc), and ideally I would be in an area where you can surf or ski. I do have a full plan in place which fell through for personal reasons with the person I was going to open this with, so now I am looking for someone else who has this dream! We have a similar dream, although the truth, we are VERY passionate about it and our name, we are more looking for someone who would like to partner along and is open to our ideas as well, email if interested, our website to learn more about us as well

I would like to join this project but i'm not sure if i'm legally allowed to do business in your country. So why not join me in my country (Russia( or in the countries where i can live and work legally (mostly CIS states like Kyrgyztan etc.)
