Looking for a partner in Spain/ Portugal or Latin America

Hi guys

I am looking to partner up with somebody in either Spain/ Portugal or Latin America. I'm looking for either an existing hostel requiring some additional investment or someone who has already found a potential place but needs somebody hands-on on board to help realise the mutual dream.
I have experience of living in Andalucia and also several countries in Latin America. My ideal countries there would be Colombia, Ecuador, Nicaragua or Mexico (but open to ideas).
I'm not so interested in larger cities but would prefer smaller coastal towns.
I'm an easy going fella, from a combination of tourism and hospitality background, and looking to create a warm and inviting place for travellers to kick back and relax.
I have around $25,000 to invest in the right place.
