Hi there,

I really do want to start up a hostel in South America or in Asia and if someone is interested I would really like to hear from you. I am a 35 year old guy from Norway, tired of what I do here and seeking new adventures. I am a trustworthy guy who love to travel and explore the world. Hi Jan,

I too am interested in starting up a hostel or lodging in South or Central America and am actually doing some location scouting soon. I am interesting in working with others who have similar ambitions, such as yourself. You say you are looking for a 50% partnership, do you mean and as a principal managing partner or financial/investment partner? Hi There, I do have start business Lodge in Sumatra, Indonesia. There is a lot of species of flora and fauna and beautiful landscape in country side (gibbon, sumatra tiger, orchids, fern, even geological things with authentic minangkabau culture/ matrilineality. I do have some lands, in the middle of small lake surrounded by hills and right behind of this land cover by 40m private waterfall, with only one access using canoe. FYI this location 120km from Mentawai Island, 12 hours drive from Bukit Lawang, North Sumatra.

I am looking for investor/partner to do develop this project specially for Sustainable Tourism, because these potentials has no competitor.

We are New Zealanders, we already have a hostel in New Zealand looking to buy a hostel in South America . We already looking at one in Columbia. Can we skype call you and ask you a few questions re parrtnership.

Hi Jan,

I am from India and I too am looking for someone with whom I could start-up. I am 29 and am planning to leave my corporate job to follow my dream of starting-up a hostel. I am not from this business or industry, so all that I have is a dream which keeps me awake and some money which I have saved.
