I've just sold my restaurant/bar in California. I've decided to live and work abroad and have always enjoyed the travelers life. I've owned/operated several restaurants and bars. I grew up in the hospitality world.
Ideally I'm looking for the beach life, but I'm open to any opportunity. I've always thought a hostel run by partners taking shifts would be a great life. It's serious work if you do it right and not being locked in year round would be ideal. I have investment money but more importantly tons of experience. Knowledge of running a good pub is one of the easiest ways to ensure your Hostel is profitable.

Have you had any luck with the hostel/pub? I'm looking to start a surf hostel in Nicaragua sometime soon. I have a degree in international tourism development and a pretty solid savings to invest into it. Jungle Party Hostel Club & Restaurant is centrally located in the Colonial city of La Antigua Guatemala worldwide know as one of the most touristic cities in the region of Central America.
We are an 16 year experienced hostel, bar and restaurant extremely popular among young people.
