I'm looking for potential partners for large hostels in Koh Samui and/or Koh Phangan. My small hostel in Samui grew in the last 2 years about 16 times our starting size on two islands! I've also got other projects and it's just too much for me to manage. I'm looking for a partner to invest and help me manage the places!
I'm open to any ideas and suggestions. If you've been looking for a project in Asia, Samui is an amazing place - we're right be a huge white-sand beach with warm shallow waters, right in the busiest town, walking distances to hundreds of restaurants, shops, markets, nightclubs and more. And in Phangan, we are in the center of the Full Moon Party zone, 2 blocks from the beach and the pier, where each month 10,000-30,000 people pass by our hostel and bar and party!

I want to live in Koh Phangan and am looking for a partner to be active investor with me to buy a resort on the island. There is a good profitable oportunity I am working on right now, but I am open to any other project. I am interested eventually to take participation in an existing profitable resort.

Except that I traveled a lot staying at many hostels and I admire the internationality and it's a great working atmesphere.
