Hi!

Looking to start a boutique hostel in the UK - 10 bedroom, high finishing. Not sure where to start really. I have a business partner and we are about to look into financing options. Not sure what options are available to us as it will involve purchasing and building land in the countryside which will be costly initially. Any advice will be appreciated!
