Looking for a Startup Manager for a new small chain of Hostels

Hi there,

Two individual investors are about to open two hostels in two cities, one in Europe (South of Spain) and one in Asia (Singapore or Shanghai or Thailand).
Within a year after the two hostels operate efficiently, further hostels will be set up. Two or three in Europe (Portugal, South of France, Spain) and Asia (two mentioned above).

Looking for an experienced startup manager to handle the initial stage of the process with the first two hostels with further development into the ambitious idea of setting up a chain.

Hey.

I'm a 23 years old guy who has been working in the hostel industry for the last 8 years(always at the same hostel).

I've covered every single position possible, from cleaning to management, in the same chain of hostels, in Portugal, and the south of Spain. I was also responsible to create the plan of daily activities for the whole chain, besides running the bar, dinners and breakfasts.

I find myself now ready for a new challenge, and I strongly believe I could be the person you guys are looking for.

Besides portuguese, I speak english, italian, and spanish, plus some knowledge in french and german.

Hi there!

I would be interesting in playing a part in your Singapore location.

I have people management skills and customer service experience gained from various roles. I was recently in Singapore and have a good all round knowledge of the city so can help look at locations and helpthe setting up of a singapore hostel.
