Hi, we are looking for waterproof wipe clean mattress covers (all in one covers that zip up) and pillow covers. Any advice please.

Look for a specialized company in your location, which provide beds/mattresses for hospitals/hostels/hotels. Normally they have waterproof and anti bed bug covers for mattresses. Pillow cover, not sure if you need it, because it could be uncomfortable for guests to sleep.
