Create a monkey for each task you want to delegate to someone else. We'll send that person email reminders about the task, and email you a reminder when the deadline for the task has expired.

Basecamp ! The ''Plus'' edition is great !!!
It helps us to get all our to-do's done !
You can't hide what you have to do and it keeps the things organized.

Does anyone here have any favorite productivity software?
My favorite productivity software is this simple time tracking software that monitors my work hours, reduces distractions, helps in time management and keeps me focused. I like to keep track of my time closely that's why I chose that. I even had everyone at work use that software.
We also use Basecamp for our collaboration needs. :)
