in need of life advice

looking for life advice.
just got back to USA from 6 months of living/working in Thailand. Big Parties every night.. worked promoting bars and worked on party boats, both jobs included lots of drinking. it was amazing!!!

what i really loved about the jobs were the interaction with lots of beautiful international girls. every night was standing on the main street and talking to everyone that walked by. during our shifts we were encouraged to get incredibly drunk. super fun,, not sustainable..

i have 30k USD to start a business and no responsibilities besides finding a place for myself in this world. my current idea is to travel southern eastern Europe (cheaper then west) looking for places i enjoy and to find a job or business idea. in the past i have been an online poker player. so my job experience is limited. small amount of construction experience.

i'm more interested in women then museums.

I enjoy a low cost of living

i'm 27 years old, tall(6'5") white(dark features) american (only can speak english) i like not having a car (love biking) i don't like to cook (good affordable restaurants are a plus)

i don't wanna do central or south america as i don't vibe well with latin american machismo. I'm attracted the most to white europeans.

where would you go? what would you do?
1-4 year plan is my goal.. thanks for ideas!
