I voted for Skipping Stone because:
a) I don't know anybody who doesn't like to skip stones
b) the name suggests a certain amount of skill and grace
c) it's a nice metaphor for travelling and touching down in a regular series of places and when you've tried a few you might find one in which you want to stay and
d) it's one of the names that lends itself to a visual logo or artworks. (Some people are just visual people and they remember things they've seen more easily than words they've heard)
All six names are quite memorable, at least four of them suggest clear visual logos, and they're all quite easy to spell correctly, which is important for using internet search engines to your advantage.
But apart from Skipping Stone there were things I didn't like so much about each of the other names:
Rabbit hole suggests cosiness, warmth and comfort, but it might be a bit scary for cleanliness-focussed travellers, or at least encourage them to be more critical of cleanliness in the hostel if they do actually make a booking. Where I come from, rabbits are vermin, and at the end of the day your place is a hole.
Campfire is a bit the same, but would probably be my second choice after the skipping stone. Is your hostel a farmhouse and you're going to have lots of campfires and barbeques?
Empty Glass just sounds miserable, Lost Souls sounds like it might be an opium den and the Sunset one made me think of a city fringe motel that used to be called Paradise Inn.
Unless your hostel will be on Sunset Boulevard?
Just my humble opinions of course. Good luck with the decision. :)
