Hello I'm well-travelled person with years of experience as hostel professional, looking for a European partner to start a backpackers' hostel.
Not necessarily an investor but has to be someone willing to cooperate for real.
I'm currently gathering data and looking into opportunities in Verona (Italy) as there is no serious competition (two not so great hostels in the outskirts) other than B&Bs, so nothing to properly cater for backpackers, the city itself is really touristic (2 Mln per year+Erasmus students) and it's located on the main route between Venice and Milan and close to Garda lake.
Also I've connections with handymen and artists to help renewing/making over.

I'm also open to other managing/partnerships offers as long as in Europe,

Hi Jimmy,

Just seen your add, I was wondering if you could give me more details, such as have you found a builiding? If so is it rented or brought? What size hostel you looking into? Any idea on permits? These are just a couple of questions that I have.

I already own a hostel in Bucharest which is now self sufficiant so looking at a different challenge now and open to all ideas. Ive not spent anytime in Verona but I really like Italy and definitley open to business ideas there.
