We are in the middle of a building site at the minute as we plan to Open our new 150 bed hostel in Derry/Londonderry City of Culture 2013UK. We expect to have the builders out by July 2011.
WE would appreciate all the help you can offer?
Worried about Front of House software-Want the best -Any Ideas?
Worried about buying the best bunks-Will people be happy to sleep in a 3 tier bed?
Looking at different brands of bed Manufacturer.

Yes and No -You can sit top and bottom -not in the middle

The YHA had them built in to their purpose-built hostel at Maeshafn, Wales in the 1960s.
I stayed in the hostel in a group booking several times, I only used the bottom and middle. They had a strong movable wooden ladder so you could climb to them on a slope rather than vertically.
The YHA laboriously converted the bunks to 2-level in about 2002, because new government regulations determined that 3 level bunks were a safety risk. 2 years later they sold the hostel.
14 years
I am assured the 3 tier bunks are legal and come with a health and safety guarantee -just would not fancy a client falling out of one!
