It's been a couple years now but I believe using PayPal as a payment processor does not require the CVC code, nor Stripe. But double check this, and it may also have to do with where you are located (this was in the US).

General Hostel Operations
We have a small Hostel and have been suffering from a heavy and increasing cancellation and No-show rate. We use Hostelworld and Booking.com but neither can provide us with CVC code which means that our bank won't let us charge cards.
Does anyone know an online Portal that can be used to charge cards without the CVC code. Or has anyone come up with or can suggest a solution whilst using these two platforms.
