What can I expect in net profit? I know it's a broad question and it will depend. Just looking to get an average estimate. Let's say for a 50-bed hostel.

Hi,

I am leasing or selling my small Hostel located in Koh Phangan, Thailand. The hostel is located next to the World Famous Full Moon Party Beach in Thailand. The reason for the selling is that I live in California and started a few businesses here in the USA and have no time to run this hostel.
