Partner to Open a Hostel around the end of 2016

Hello Everyone,
I Am brazilian that had lived also in Poland, Chile and Qatar, and travelled to more than 20 countries in 5 different continents.
I plan to open a middle sized Hostel (Around 60 to 70 beds) in the middle/end of 2016 in Poland. I am doing all the market research about which city (Among 8 candidates). It is still at very early stage of the entire process, but i am already looking for a business partner for everything. Needs to be someone with investment capacity bigger than 20 thousand Euros, since i already have part of the capital.
The Hostel will be on a leased real estate, so the amount of investment that i am budgeting is around 65 to 80 thousand euros.
The main target is Poland, but Lithuania and Slovakia are also locations that i am evaluating in a minor scale.
