Professional washing machines or household ones?

Hey guys!

We are having a debate between us if it is better to use household washing machines or professional ones.

We are a hostel of 150 people at full capacity, and (important fact) we are located in a city center.

The prediction shows that stays are an average of 4-5 days.

We will buy two washing machines and two dryers.

So, professional ones or household ones?

Since you have the short stays, ideally go for the household machines.

Hi,

If you can definitely go for professional, especially with 15 beds in the city center. you will be busy and there will be days you have over 80 beds to change.

With professional you run the machines less than household so you will save water, electricity and most important labor.

Also, professional machines are designed to run 24/7 so you don't have to worry about breaking down every week.

We had two household machines with 150 beds and it was running 24/7 if it wasn't out of order which usually was and we had to send our staff to the laundry mat to do laundry which cost us a lot.

If you can just buy the professional ones and you will thank me later.

Actually, Mahdi, our sheets and towels will be sent to professional washing companies.

I was mostly talking about the washing machines that the travellers will be using for their own laundry.
