Purchasing interest/ stake in a pre-existing hostel.

Hi,

I am interested in purchasing a controlling interest, stake in a Hostel. Does anyone on Hostel Management have a background in this?

1. Whether you do or don't how would you/ how did you structure your deal?
2. What were/are your terms?
3. If you were the current owner and I approached you what would entice you to work out this type of deal?
4. How could this potentially benefit the owner?
