Questions for Housekeeping Interview

So I am looking at getting a full time cleaner this year.

Now it is difficult to judge a cleaner from an interview compared to seeing there work but i am wondering if anyone can give me tips.

For the interview what should you ask them obviously other than previous experience.

Also what should you advise them about the job.

At the interview stage would you go through an ideal day rota and what is expected standard wise.
