I don't know the answer to your question, but it sounds like a good spot for a hostel. There don't seem to be any hostels anywhere in Missouri or Kansas.

Start a Hostel
I live in Kansas City, Mo where I'm surrounded with a party central, arenas, banquet halls, convention centers, city markets, businesses and restuarants,and huges seating areas for attractractions. I found a building in the perfect location that is within walking distance and is going to need a little remodeling for the purpose I want to use the building for. How do I get the loan for the building? Do anyone have suggestions on where to get funding for opening a hostel or where did you get your fundings?
