You might also look at bank forclosure auctions. Those properties wouldn't be available through real estate agencies, and you could potentially buy them at a price well below their value.
Hey guys,
I am in the process of investing £100,000 into my first hostel and finding a property in Eastern europe ready for summer but besides using real estate agencies to search for you what other ways can I find a suitable property? I have tried asking for owners numbers of multiple floor buildings as well.
I really would appreciate your help hostel owners with this and thank you in advance.)

Hi Brian,
Thanks for the info. We all notice that your one of the main people who give answers, so thanks.) Maybe I should have been a little more clear. I plan to lease a building or floors of a building as i don't have the money to buy. BTW, do you have an email?

Depending on where in Eastern Europe you’re looking to open your hostel and how big you want it to be, £100,000 might actually be enough to buy something. Or at least make a down payment on a loan that could cover the purchase of the building and the renovations/installations needed. A lease would be better because you can pay it in installments over time and then buy it with the money generated by the business. But that assumes that you have found the right property, which was the whole point of your initial question :)
