Theoretically there has been a ban in Greece since last July but it has widely ignored. The government are going to try again from 1st September with tougher legislation. It should be interesting.

Here in São Paulo it's forbidden to smoke in any closed area, be it a restaurant, building, bar, etc.
What do I think about it?
AMAZING!!!!!!
At last I can go to a bar and not come back home *smoked*. I'm pretty happy with the current legislation and hope they get it more strict.
