Hi,
I'm planning on opening a hostel somewhere in nayarit, mexico.
I've been travelling for a while in hostels so i know pretty good this universe.
Although i dont have experiences in running a hostel, i have experience in business holding back home and managing a team.
Well i actually don't really know where to start and i was wonderding if someone here has experience in starting a hostel in mexico and is wiling to share some advices, experiences, etc...

I looked at a b&b business in Puerto del Carmen last year but after investigating it (Im lucky to have had a friend of a friend there at the time) it turns out it wasnt registered and the owners didnt have work permits and came and went on tourist visas.
It important to do the groundwork and research research research
