Do any hostels out there use a support ticket system or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software?

A ticket system routes incoming e-mails into a web interface which makes it easier for groups of people to reply to those e-mails efficiently.
I've been running a couple of support ticket systems, including the HostelManagement.com e-mail system, am finding it very helpful.
In a hostel, each e-mail could be assigned to a staff member who is then responsible for following up on the item. The system automatically sends reminders when a reply is overdue. You can create "premade replies" to make it easier to replies to frequently asked questions with just a couple of clicks.
CRM software goes a little bit further by managing a history all correspondence between your company and other individuals or companies.
