Texas Needs Hostels

Hi, 

I just joined the forum and want to start a hostel in Texas, USA.  As a traveler who has had many stays in many hostels globally, the need is great for such here! I already have a site in a good location near multiple modes of transit and activities. I'm developing the business plan and projected financials.  My dilemma as to how and where viable funding sources are? what are they looking for? Are investors the way to go or seek traditional loans sources?

I want to open a small establishment for backpackers, bicyclists, and students who want to check out our cities universities.
